If you receive a damaged plant, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the plant and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Contact our support team immediately with your order number. If the order has already been processed, cancellation may not be possible.

Currently, we only ship within India. We are working on expanding our services internationally in the future.

To become a vendor, contact our partnership team at support@ethicalgrow.in with your business details. We'll guide you through the onboarding process.
