Yes! We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your payment information. We do not store your card details on our servers.

Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Shipping charges are calculated based on your location, order weight, and dimensions. You can see the exact shipping cost at checkout before making payment.

Yes! We use special packaging to ensure your plants arrive safely. Our packaging is designed to protect plants during transit while maintaining proper conditions.

If you receive a damaged plant, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the plant and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.

Contact our support team at support@ethicalgrow.in with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and process the refund within 3-5 business days.

If a plant dies within 7 days of delivery due to issues on our end (damaged during shipping, incorrect plant sent, etc.), we will provide a replacement or refund. However, we cannot replace plants that die due to neglect or improper care.

We work with nurseries that use sustainable and eco-friendly practices. Many of our plants are grown using organic methods, and we promote chemical-free gardening.
